HOSPITALIZATION
Certain conditions and procedures may require hospitalization
or the use of Ambulatory Surgical facilities (same day surgery
facility). In that event, one of our office staff will make
the appropriate arrangements with that selected hospital to
prepare for your admission. The hospital will contact you prior
to admission in order to obtain further personal and insurance
information. Our doctors enjoy staff privileges at Cape Coral
Hospital, Gulf Coast Hospital, Lee Island Coast Surgery Center,
Lee Memorial Hospital, Health Park and Southwest Florida Regional
Medical Center. They provide rotating coverage in order for
a doctor to be available at all times. You will be visited daily
during your hospital stay. We understand that your family may
have questions during your hospital stay. If a member of your
family is unable to be present during the doctor's visit, please
feel free to have them call our office and a member of our staff
will relay their concerns to your doctor.
FINANCIAL POLICY
We provide our patients with financial counseling which describes
our various financial policies. Because each patient's insurance
coverage and credit situation is different, we will discuss
your individual financial arrangements for your treatment with
you in private at the time of your appointment. |
